Customers Vote Vivantio to Finals of SDI Supplier of the Year Award for Second Straight Year
The Service Desk Institute (SDI), a leading independent professional organisation for the IT service and support industry, has announced that Vivantio is one of three finalists in the running for their prestigious Service Desk and IT Support Supplier of the Year award.

The Service Desk Institute (SDI), a leading independent professional organisation for the IT service and support industry, has announced that Vivantio is one of three finalists in the running for their prestigious Service Desk and IT Support Supplier of the Year award.
The Service Desk & IT Support Excellence Awards aim to promote and celebrate every aspect of IT service excellence, professionalism and innovation in the support industry.
Last year the SDI opened up the Supplier of the Year award to a customer vote and have chosen to do the same in 2010. Greg Rich, Director and Co-founder of Vivantio commented: “This is the only award of its type that is influenced directly by customers which makes it extremely important for the industry. Last year and again in 2010 the finalists are all modern companies with a new approach.”
This nomination is the latest in a string of awards and nominations for Vivantio including a gold medal at the IT Industry Awards for Technology Supplier of the Year, awarded by the British Computer Society and Computing Magazine, and this month Vivantio was also awarded Best of SaaS Showplace from THINKstrategies.
Vivantio has made customer service their number one priority since they entered the service management market in 2003.
