Distributed Compliance Solution Enjoys Significant Help Desk Revenue Increases
A hosting company for controlled content management solutions, Distributed Compliance Solutions, has announced success in revenue growth for 2010. The company is celebrating a more than 400 percent increase in revenues, when figures are compared with the same period in 2009.
The company, which offers packages for Help Desk support and other solutions, also grew its staff by more than 10 percent, in an economic era when companies are still slashing jobs. Distributed Compliance Solutions has secured investor funds and is in the process of expanding its sales and marketing reach and strength in 2011.
Talks have also surfaced that the company may be looking at mergers to increase service offerings surrounding electronic publishing. More information is expected later this year.
Customers leveraging solutions from DCS can enjoy turn-key compliance for environments such as EMC Documentum, records management, Google Docs and even NextDocs for the Microsoft SharePoint platform. All packages include support, end user training and help desk. Customer resident systems can get full support from DCS on individual contracts for training and help desk solutions.
Customers are migrating to the new hosted system from legacy documents, implementing standard DCS hosting. A number of customers are also coming to DCS to get the help desk support they need, and to mitigate paper and even entire systems.
According to John Nidelcheff, Managing Partner for DCS, customers who are making the migration from older versions of the EMC Documentum to the latest version represent the company’s current workload. There is also opportunity for the company to migrate paper business records to hosted electronic repository for tracking and reporting as IT departments are working through their budgets.
