BMC Software Expands Mobile Help Desk Offerings with Aeroprise Acquisition

Aeroprise specializes in developing applications that allow IT to manage and monitor operations from multiple devices.
Aeroprise will be folded under the name BMC Mobility for IT Service Management. It will support iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, and Windows mobile devices and is optimized for the mobile worker with applications such as request management, change management, asset management, service catalog, and service desk.
