GroupLink Will Release Free Service Desk for Open Horizons
Recently, GroupLink Corporation, a service desk and CRM software provider, announced that they will soon release a free help desk solution. GroupLink Corporation made their announcement at the 2010 Open Horizons EMEA Summit. One major reason behind the service desk company’s announcement is that GroupLink wanted to demonstrate its commitment to the EMEA market, and specifically the members of Open Horizon.
GroupLink Corporation developed the first ZENworks 10 integrated service desk. They also developed the “everything HelpDesk” (eHD), a mobile and web-based help desk solution based on ITIL practices. Their upcoming free service desk solution will be released at the end of January in 2011, exclusively for Open Horizons members.
The service desk will have a number of features, including email to ticket capabilities, a web-based portal, mobile features, ticket escalation, cross-platform support and much more. All software upgrades will be free, support and training will be free for 60 days and there will be no advertisements. GroupLink is really providing an amazing opportunity for Open Horizons members.
Throughout the years, GroupLink has continuously provided support to the Open Horizons Community. Open Horizons is the biggest Novell user community in the world. GroupLink is dedicated to providing services to the Novell community, as it created an integrated Novell service desk. The upcoming free service desk will be another contribution.
Open Horizons users can access the free service desk solution by contacting one of GroupLink’s EMEA distributors, such as Germanics, BCNS or Fig Technology. Users can also contact GroupLink directly. Go to GroupLink’s website to learn more about their upcoming free service desk solution.
